This voucher will make you eligible for one of the following class options, taught by WSO member (and current Past President) Winnie Givot at her Barn Studio near Sisters, Oregon:
- Fall Session of Friday Classes: October 20 – November 10, 2023, 9:30-4:00 (4 classes). In this session of Friday classes we will explore watercolor, continuing to develop our ability to handle the medium, and drawing (as a means to see with artists’ eyes and requisite for representational painting) as well as connecting with our inner artist. All skill levels are welcome.
- One 3-day 2024 Summer Workshop (topics and dates will be posted in February).

Winnie Givot is a skilled watercolor artist who has been teaching for 27 years. She encourages students to connect with a deeper part of themselves and instructs with expertise, gentle guidance, and encouragement to paint with the eyes of the heart. Passionate about watercolor, Winnie paints wherever she finds beauty, whether in a face, flower, or mountain. She shares her passion with students in Weekly Classes, 3-Day Summer Workshops, and International Painting Retreats. More than 900 of her paintings are in national and international collections. Her paintings have been included in numerous solo shows and national and international juried exhibitions. Winnie is a signature member of the Northwest Watercolor Society and the Watercolor Society of Oregon.
