A note for the Fall 2026 exhibition

IMPORTANT: Entries may be submitted during the month of July. Prior to June 27, using the link below will lead to the ArtCall test site and will not accomplish actual entry to the exhibition.

The WSO Board recently decided to begin using the ArtCall database to streamline our exhibit process and make things easier for our members and our submission volunteers. The later deadline will allow our volunteers time to establish the Art Call submission system.

Requirements for Exhibition Entries

Please confirm that your entry satisfies each of the requirements, as detailed in the Prospectus.

This painting is original in its concept, composition and design, and is the creation of the artist. Original means “created directly and personally by the artist; not a copy or imitation”.

This painting was completed within two years of the submission deadline.

This painting has not previously been juried into any WSO exhibition.

I am an Active or Lifetime WSO Member with a residence in Oregon and this year’s dues paid.

Note: All images submitted must be sized to 1200 pixels on the longest side before uploading. If you need help with resizing, see our suggested method for resizing images.

Note: There is a $30 fee for entering. You can enter one or two paintings for the $30 fee.
