52nd Annual Show: June 4 – July 30, 2027

WSO artists, the Western Fed show comes to Oregon once in 10 years, and 2027 is that year… Get ready to submit your paintings for the Exhibit! The show will be at the Chehalem Cultural Center, 415 E Sheridan St, Newberg, OR.

Artists must be members of WSO in good standing and have paid all WSO dues before entering the 2027 WFWS 52nd Exhibition.

About the juror

Join acclaimed watercolor artist Kathleen Giles for a hands-on workshop designed to spark creativity, strengthen technique and build confidence with every brushstroke. Whether you’re looking to hone your style, improve color harmony, or discover new approaches, Kathleen’s encouraging teaching style makes learning both inspiring and fun. You will learn to master value patterns and layering to create stunning depth for a more three-dimensional look.

Expect live demonstrations, personalized guidance, and plenty of painting time in a supportive, creative environment. Not only will this workshop strengthen your painting ability, you’ll enjoy every minute!

Membership in WFWS is automatic for any member of one the ten societies shown.
