This EASyL Classic-2 pochade box from Artwork Essentials opens to provide a 17”x12” work surface (and similarly sized upright surface) and measures 16x20x2.5” overall when closed. The upright surface can be tilted to any angle. The box comes with an additional clamp-on surface that gives you another 9×11 work area with holes for holding brushes. The box depth for stowage of supplies is 3/4”. The box bottom includes hardware for mounting to a tripod with a screw connection.
This box does not include the panel support plate and spring-loaded panel holder that you can see (and buy separately) at http://www.artworkessentials.com/products/Classic/Classic.htm . It appears to have been modified for watercolor as per the video at that page. It includes a collapsible water bucket and water hanger.
This pochade box was donated by the estate of Bend artist Gary Folker. It appears to be un-used, with some light surface scratches. Retails for over $300 new.
