The WSO Board recently decided to begin using ArtCall, a professional online platform designed for art exhibitions, to streamline our exhibit process and make things easier for our members and our submission volunteers. ArtCall is a searchable online database which lists calls for entry and other opportunities for artists. The website is completely free to use, and you can browse or search upcoming shows here. Each show gives detailed information such as fees and specific information. To submit, go to ArtCall.org and register as a user on their site. You can use this same site for any event using this service. You will log into your account each time you submit to a show. Your account keeps a record of what you have submitted to shows.
Please note the fall convention exhibit submission dates are July 1 to August 1. The later deadline will allow our volunteers time to establish the ArtCall submission system. The WSO Fall Show application fee is $30 and each member may enter up to two pieces. For submissions to our fall exhibit, please see the prospectus for details.
