As of 2025, the WSO Membership Roster is electronically distributed, via a secure web link which is E-mailed to all members.
The Membership Roster is not available through this website to protect the personal information of members.
How to find the link to the Membership Roster
- The 2025 E-mail to all members containing the link was titled “Folder shared with you: WSO Roster,” from Publications WSO. Try searching your received or saved E-mails for this message.
- The link is also included in all E-mail blasts to members from WSO. Look near the bottom of any WSO E-mail blast for the link “WSO Digital Roster.”
Make it easy to find the roster when you want it!
- Download the roster: The roster is a downloadable PDF document. Download the roster from the link to your computer, phone, and/or tablet. Then you’ll have it when you want it, even when your device isn’t connected to the internet!
or,
- Save the link to the roster:
- “Bookmark” the link in your web browser, or
- Copy the link and paste it into your Notes or Contacts application (or other document), or
- Copy the link and save it as a desktop “shortcut.” For either a Mac or a Windows PC:
- Go to the link using your web browser.
- Drag the icon to the left of the URL in your browser’s address bar directly onto your desktop.
- This creates a desktop shortcut that will open the link in your default browser when double-clicked.
If you want a hardcopy printout of the roster
- Download the roster and print it on your own printer, or
- Download the roster and print it at an office center (Staples, FedEx Office, etc.), or
