Convention registration is now open for everyone!
Online registration will close on March 14 at 8:00 PM.
Please note before registering:
- Breakout sessions fill up quickly, so sign up early to secure your spot!
- Double check your registration for accuracy before submitting.
- Be sure you have determined which sessions you want before you begin to register!
- Payment may be made by credit card or check. Credit card payments are made via PayPal, but having a PayPal account is not necessary.
- New: Those paying by credit card will be charged the 2.9% Constant Contact fee. Paying by check saves you the 2.9% fee and saves WSO the PayPal fees. See details below.
- Changes to submitted registrations require contacting the Registration Team.

Convention Refunds
Per WSO policy, refunds are made only if a reservation is canceled within five days after the close of online registration, or in the event of serious illness, accident, or death in the family. All refunds less a $5.00 processing fee will be mailed or refunded via PayPal after the workshop, according to the original method of payment.
A note about credit card processing fees
WSO will no longer be able to absorb all credit card processing fees for exhibit, convention, and workshop registrations. While we’ve previously covered these fees for member convenience, it’s become financially unsustainable. Here’s how the new fee structure works:
PayPal charges a fee of 3.49% + $0.49 per transaction; Constant Contact adds a separate 2.9% fee per order. WSO will continue to absorb the PayPal fee (the larger portion), but members who choose to pay by credit card will now be responsible for the 2.9% Constant Contact fee. Tip: You can always pay by check to avoid any extra fees. If you pay with a credit card or via your PayPal account, the applicable fees will be clearly noted at checkout.
