Convention registration is now open for everyone!
Registration will close on March 8, 2025 at 8:00 PM.
Please note before registering:
- Breakout sessions fill up quickly, so sign up early to secure your spot!
- Double check your registration for accuracy before submitting.
- Be sure you have determined which sessions you want before you begin to register!
- Payment may be made by credit card or check. Credit card payments are made via PayPal, but having a PayPal account is not necessary. Your check saves WSO the PayPal fees.
- Changes to submitted registrations require contacting the Registration Team.

Convention Refunds
Per WSO policy, refunds are made only if a reservation is canceled within five days after the close of online registration, or in the event of serious illness, accident, or death in the family. All refunds less a $5.00 processing fee will be mailed or refunded via PayPal after the workshop, according to the original method of payment. The deadline to request a “no fault” refund for the 2025 Spring Convention is on or before Thursday, March 13, 2025.
